On booking an appointment with Complete Health Clinic, you agree to observe and comply with all terms and conditions set out in this policy.

Booking and payment

  • All treatments must be pre-paid at the time of booking. You can make payment over the phone or via our online booking system using a credit card, debit card or Paypal.
  • We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.

 

Colonic Hydrotherapy Packages

When booking a course of three treatments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All 3 treatments must be taken within 8 weeks of the date of the first treatment.
  • All 3 treatments must be taken by one individual and can not be transferred between people.
  • Full payment for the course of 3 treatments must be paid on booking.
  • Should you decide to cancel the remaining balance of treatments you forfeit the right to a refund.

 

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please give as much notice as possible.

We all have busy lives and we accept that illness and unexpected life events can happen. We will always try our very best to fill every cancelled appointment, however this may not always be achievable.

Please understand that our time is precious. If you arrive late for your appointment and we believe this will affect the quality of your treatment, we reserve the right to refuse the appointment and you will be charged in full.   

We operate a non-negotiable 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that you must give a minimum of 48 hours (two full working days) notice to cancel an appointment to avoid charges.

For appointments lasting three hours or longer on any single visit, three working days’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

For the purpose of this policy, working days are defined as Monday-Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm.

  • Please don’t ask for a refund as our refusal may offend and that is never our intention.

The following fees will apply to all late cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time:

  • Cancellation of a single appointment – 100% of the list price.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows – charged in full.

We reserve the right to update our prices and treatment list without notice.

Cancellation due to sickness

We understand that sickness can come on quickly and unexpectedly, and this may mean you need to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible and we will do our very best to fill your appointment.

When cancelling an appointment due to sickness, the following terms apply:

  • If we are able to fill your appointment there will be no charge for rescheduling.
  • If we are unable to fill the appointment, our late cancellation policy will apply and you will be charged in full.

 

Cancellation due to pandemic/lockdown

In the event of a pandemic or lockdown situation and/or we are unable to work to protect public safety, all appointments will be held and rescheduled when we re-open. There will be no cancellations and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation due to severe weather

Whilst severe weather incidents are rare, if there is a red weather warning meaning our staff cannot physically get to the clinic then we don’t expect you to get here either. In the event of a red weather warning, our team will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

If you decide not to attend your appointment due to lesser weather warnings (amber or yellow) and we are unable to fill your appointment, you will be charged in line with our cancellation policy set out above.

Refund policy

If you wish to obtain a refund within the specified times and these do not fall in breach of the cancellation policy, we will deduct 5% of the full price to cover our direct costs plus any charges incurred by PayPal refunds.

Stool Testing and Intolerance Testing

  • Complete Health Clinic accepts no responsibility for the results, or the protocols suggested based on the results, of tests with third-party testing companies, namely Biological Testing Services and York Blood Tests.
  • Should you decide to cancel your tests after you have paid and committed no refunds will be given.
