Terms of booking

By making your appointment with Complete Health Clinic, you agree to observe our terms of booking. All treatments are pre-paid and these can be made over the phone or on online booking system. Please note we do not accept cheques as a method of payment.


If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please give as much notice as possible. Single Appointments cancelled with less than 2 full working days notice (Mon-Fri 9-5pm) will be charged 100% of the list price. Same day cancellations and no shows will also be charged in full. A notice of 3 working days will be required for any changes or cancellations of appointments lasting for three hours or longer on any single visit. We reserve the right to update prices and our list of treatments without notice. If you wish to obtain a refund within the specified times and these do not fall in breach of the cancellation policy  we will deduct 5% less of the full price to over our direct costs and also Paypal now charge for making a refund this will also be deducted.

Due to COVID-19 and any future pandemics that mean we are are lock down or unable to work due to the safety of the public, all appointments booked with be held and rescheduled when open. There will be no cancellations.

3 Treatment Colonic Courses

Please note: When booking a 3 treatment course you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• All 3 treatments must be taken within 8 weeks of the date of the first treatment
• All 3 treatments must be taken by one individual and can not be transferred between people
•A full payment for the course of 3 will be paid upfront
•Should you decide to cancel the remaining balance of treatments then you forfeit the right to a refund

Stool Testing and Intolerance Testing

Complete Health Clinic accept no responsibility to the results when taking tests and the protocols suggested based on the results from 3rd parties namely Biological Testing Services and York Blood Tests. Should you decide to cancel your tests after you have paid and committed there will be no refunds given.

Sickness – Whilst i am a human being and understand that sickness can come on very quickly, if I am able to fill your appointment then there will be no charge for moving your appointment, however if I can’t then you will be charged in full.

Weather warnings. Whilst these are rare if there is a red weather warning where I can not physically get into my clinic then I don’t expect you to. However if you decide not to attend your appointment due to weather warnings (amber) and I am unable to fill your appointment then you will be charged.
